BAJ Statement regarding Eduard Palchys Case

Public association of the Belarusian Association of Journalists welcomes the release of the blogger Eduard Palchys following the decision of the Minsk City Court on October 28.
Nevertheless, the very fact of the process and the conviction indicate that freedom of expression in the country stays under threat.
We express gratitude to all those who supported Eduard Palchys and this way freedom of expression in Belarus
