YouTube channel Chasiki Tikayut designated extremist formation

The Belaru­sian Min­istry of Inter­nal Affairs has added the YouTube chan­nel Chasi­ki Tikayut (The Clock is Tick­ing), along with its social media accounts, pod­cast plat­forms, and logo, to the list of extrem­ist for­ma­tions on its web­site.

The Min­istry of Inter­nal Affairs list of orga­ni­za­tions, enti­ties, and indi­vid­ual entre­pre­neurs involved in extrem­ist activ­i­ties, updat­ed on April 27, now includes the media project Chasi­ki Tikayut. The project com­pris­es sev­er­al online resources where hosts share their views on the sit­u­a­tion in Belarus.

Accord­ing to infor­ma­tion on the secu­ri­ty agen­cy’s web­site, the Min­istry of Inter­nal Affairs made the cor­re­spond­ing deci­sion on April 27, 2026. Art­siom Shraib­man, Yauhieniya Suhak, Ryhor Astapi­enia, and Leu Lvous­ki are named as mem­bers in the extrem­ist for­ma­tion.

Under cur­rent Belaru­sian leg­is­la­tion, per­sons rec­og­nized as par­tic­i­pants in an extrem­ist for­ma­tion can be pros­e­cut­ed for “cre­at­ing an extrem­ist for­ma­tion or par­tic­i­pat­ing in it” or “facil­i­tat­ing extrem­ist activ­i­ties.” Penal­ties under these arti­cles include up to 10 years impris­on­ment.
