  • Belsat TV’s site, social media accounts labeled extremist group by police

    According to the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, groups of citizens united with the help of Belsat online media were recognized as extremist groups and banned from operating in the Republic of Belarus.

    The press ser­vice of the Min­istry of Inter­nal Affairs of Belarus explained to Sput­nik the sit­u­a­tion with the TV chan­nel:

    - “A group of cit­i­zens unit­ed through online resources” of TV chan­nel rec­og­nized as an extrem­ist for­ma­tion

    - In addi­tion to the Bel­sat web­site, we are talk­ing about their YouTube chan­nel, as well as accounts on Telegram, Insta­gram, Twit­ter, Face­book, VK, and Odnok­lass­ni­ki.
